Please make the dinners for a serving of 6. There is a DAIRY ALLERGY so look for Lactose in the ingredients. They cannot have anything with lactose! So the family all eats dairy free. You may use Lactaid products to substitute and some cheeses and chicken nuggets are lactose free, just check the back of the packing for ingredients. Please make meals with protein, veggies and fruit. The kids like kid friendly non-spicy meals.

Jessica has found that for her soups from the Lovettsville Co-op has been something she is able to eat during her chemo. 

The family has a cooler on their front porch where the meal can be left by 4:30 pm. Please do not ring the doorbell as they are trying to limit exposure to guests while Jessica has chemo.
